Hommage to the golden age painting of Dutch master Johannes Vermeer. The girl with the pearl is commonly known and famous of the captured light. Where the original painting is build up in soft small brush strokes, Pesch used large brushes and palet knifes to adjust the bold colors. The frequent use of contemporary icons allows you to keep looking and discover new parts of the painting.
